Your appointment with Andy is all about what you want, he can advise on products, colour, design, installation, and more. You are able to view all our collection books in the comfort of your home, without cost or obligation. As a family business we strongly disagree with pressure sales. Andy is more than happy to quote prices for several products leaving you a copy for your consideration. Whether it is one small window or the whole house, our service is available for all.
We offer a measuring service as part of our home consultation. Andy will take the responsibility of measuring and ensuring your product is perfect. All our products are made to measure to a high quality, we don’t accept anything less. Our suppliers are hand selected to suit our standards and yours. We are also happy to accept orders using your own measurements on a supply only basis. All our products are certified to comply with the new EN13120 standards outlined by the law since 2014.
We offer an installation service as standard, it is included in the cost of your product. Craig has been installing our products for over 10 years and is not only professional and experienced, but also polite and courteous. He will secure your product with the correct fixings, demonstrate how your new window dressing works and leave your home as immaculate as he found it. As of the 1st April 2014 all our products have been installed to the new child safety standards EN13120 as outlined by the law.
We are always happy to help even with the little things. Should you have any difficulties with your new product or simply need some advice, please call Alison in our office who will be happy to help or book you a free aftercare appointment. Our products come with a range from a 1 to 25 year guarantees, but our aftercare never ends. We’ve been helping our customers for over 30 years.
